Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee cargo operations at Innovsource Services Pvt. Ltd. to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
• Maintain detailed inventory records and monitor cargo movements, ensuring all data is correctly reported.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and dispatch processes to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transport providers to streamline logistics operations and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor the quality of goods and address any issues related to the handling or delivery of cargo.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on inventory and cargo for management review at Innovsource Services Pvt. Ltd..
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all aspects of cargo handling.
• Assist in optimizing logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Handle documentation and paperwork related to cargo shipments and inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any queries or issues related to cargo and freight.
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate and above with relevant experience in warehouse or logistics, ideally with Innovsource Services Pvt. Ltd..
• 6 - 12 months of experience in cargo or freight operations, demonstrating strong skills in managing logistics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
• Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, including industry best practices at Innovsource Services Pvt. Ltd..
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
