Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Help with mobility and physical activities, including walking, exercising, or transferring from bed to wheelchair.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Administer medications as prescribed (if certified) and monitor for side effects or changes in health.
• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and social engagement.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishwashing, and cleaning.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings when required.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's health, behavior, or environment to family members or medical professionals.
• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans and safety protocols.
• Ensure the client's living space is safe, clean, and organized.
