This is a part-time remote position for a Career Researcher. The Career Researcher will gather and analyze information on different career paths, skill requirements, and industry trends to support comprehensive career guidance services. Responsibilities include conducting research, compiling detailed reports, identifying potential career opportunities, and collaborating with the career counseling team. Additional duties may include maintaining up-to-date information on job market demands and creating resources to assist clients in their career journeys.

• Strong research and analytical skills for gathering and evaluating career-related data and trends
• Excellent written communication and report-writing abilities
• Experience with career coaching, professional development, or human resources is a plus
• Proficiency with job search platforms, career assessment tools, and LinkedIn optimization
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Career Counseling, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
