Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bhubaneswar for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will guide and support students in identifying their career goals and pathways. They will assist individuals in understanding career opportunities, provide one-on-one counseling sessions, and help develop personalized career plans. The role includes collaborating with teams to ensure the achievement of student success milestones.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling and understanding their academic and professional needs
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to clearly understand and address student queries
• Empathy, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Prior experience in career development or student advisory roles is a plus
