Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Career Counselor. Responsibilities include providing career counseling to students, guiding them in career development and management, and supporting them throughout their study abroad and settlement journey. The role involves actively engaging with students to assess their needs, offering advice on educational opportunities, and assisting in application processes. Collaboration with other team members and maintaining a supportive learning environment are integral to this position.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Proficiency in Student Counseling and ability to provide personalized advice
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and establish trust with students
• Experience in education consultancy or counseling is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Knowledge of overseas education systems and application processes is advantageous
