Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Morena. The Career Counselor will assist students in identifying their career goals and opportunities through one-on-one and group counseling. The role includes guiding students on career development paths, providing career management strategies, and offering support to enhance their educational experience. The counselor will also collaborate with students to assess their strengths and interests, helping them make informed decisions about their academic and career pursuits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling and Student Counseling to provide tailored guidance and support
• Expertise in Career Development and Career Management to assist students in planning their professional paths
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to build trust and rapport with students to accurately assess their strengths and aspirations
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Prior experience in student or career counseling is highly advantageous
