CosmosIQ is an AI-powered global learning platform offering professional, academic, and skill-based programs to students worldwide.We are looking forenthusiastic Career Counsellors / Telecallerswho can guide students about courses and help them choose the right career path. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective students, explaining courses, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Guide students about available courses and career opportunities
- Provide counseling and assist students in selecting suitable programs
- Maintain student data and follow-up records in CRM
- Achieve admission targets and maintain conversion ratios
- Coordinate with the admissions team for enrollment process
- Provide excellent student support and relationship management
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
- Ability to handle student queries and objections
- Strong persuasion and counseling skills
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or education counseling preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
