Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admission Counsellor Inside Sales to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Profile:

As an Admission Counsellor - Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process for prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential students, provide them with information about our institution, programs, and services, and guide them through the admission process. You will utilize your strong communication and sales skills to effectively convert inquiries into enrolments. This position requires a results-oriented individual who is passionate about education and possesses excellent interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students on UG & PG courses
  • Handle inquiries through calls and online platforms
  • Guide students on courses, eligibility, and admission process
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
  • Maintain daily records of calls and walk-ins
  • Address queries and provide accurate information
  • Collect and maintain feedback from students

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 13 years of experience in sales or counselling (education preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good convincing and negotiation ability
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
