This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agra for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will advise students on career planning, skill development, and opportunities aligned with their aspirations. Responsibilities will include providing personalized guidance through one-on-one sessions, creating career plans, helping individuals identify their goals, and offering resources for career exploration. The role also involves coordinating workshops, collaborating with educators or mentors, and ensuring a positive experience for all learners seeking guidance.

• Career Counseling and Student Counseling skills to advise and mentor individuals effectively
• Expertise in Career Development and Career Management to design strategic growth plans and guide career trajectories
• Strong Communication skills to engage with individuals and conduct impactful conversations
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to inspire confidence in students
• Proficiency in using career assessment tools and resources
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience in educational or career counseling environments is a plus
