Key Responsibilities
- Provide structured career counselling to students (Grades VIXII)
- Conduct aptitude and interest assessments
- Organise career awareness programmes and counselling sessions
- Engage with parents for guidance and clarity
- Maintain counselling records and reports as per CBSE norms
Eligibility
- Master's in Psychology / Counselling / Education
- Certification in Career Counselling preferred
- Prior school counselling experience is desirable
- Strong communication and documentation skills
