Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Kozhikode. The Career Counselor will guide individuals in their career paths by conducting counseling sessions, providing career guidance, and helping clients develop personalized career plans. Additionally, the role involves advising students, helping them identify strengths, and assisting with resume writing, interview preparation, and skill development. Collaboration with team members to develop strategies and resources for career development initiatives will also be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Strong skills in Student Counseling and the ability to guide individuals toward personalized career paths
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Familiarity with resume writing, job application processes, and interview preparation
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Experience working in education or career services is preferred
