This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role at MITCON Consultancy and Engineering Services Ltd, located in Jaipur. The Career Counselor will help students and career seekers make informed decisions about their career paths. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, providing career development resources, assisting with career management, and facilitating workshops on career-related topics. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting career growth and development.

• Skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience with Student Counseling
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Previous experience in career counseling or a related field is a plus
