Key Responsibilities:
- Market and place bench candidates (OPT / CPT / H1B / H4-EAD / L2 / GC / USC) with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Post candidate profiles on job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Corp-Corp.
- Negotiate rates, contract terms, and employment types (C2C / W2 / 1099) with vendors and clients.
- Collaborate with internal recruiters, account managers, and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Update and maintain candidate activity logs and pipelines in CRM or Excel trackers daily.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and finalise placements efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, visa regulations, and employment verification standards.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets with professionalism, accountability, and consistent performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication (neutral or U.S. accent preferred).
- 6 months 3 years of experience in Bench Sales, U.S. Staffing, or IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, etc.).
- Proficiency with job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.) and CRM tools.
- Excellent negotiation, client relationship, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working during U.S. night shift hours.
