Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Career Counselor. As a Career Counselor, you will provide personalized career guidance to students, facilitate career planning and development sessions, and assist in identifying suitable opportunities for aspiring professionals. You will also organize workshops and counseling sessions, maintain student records, and collaborate with the team to enhance the effectiveness of the career support services.

• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and inspire confidence in students
• Proven experience in counseling, career guidance, or a related field
• Relevant degree or certification in counseling, human resources, education, or related areas
