Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities of this role include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and managing client accounts. Daily tasks involve building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating value propositions. The role also requires managing communications to ensure client satisfaction and fostering partnerships to drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Business Development
  • Exceptional Communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of meeting targets
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
