Role Description

Green Mentor is seeking a result-driven Career Counselor to convert prospective learners into enrolled participants for sustainability, ESG, and climate programs.

The role involves engaging with inbound leads, understanding career aspirations, pitching relevant programs, and closing enrolments through structured consultations.

The candidate will conduct one-on-one counseling via calls or video, ensure timely follow-ups, and manage the lead pipeline to meet conversion targets.

Strong communication, persuasion skills, comfort with sales KPIs, and a basic understanding of sustainability/ESG domains are essential for success.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Career Counselor.
