Role Overview :

As a career counsellor (Inside Sales), the role involves engaging with prospective students, providing detailed information about undergraduate and postgraduate programs, guiding them through the admission process, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Counselling prospective students on UG & PG programs

Handling counselling through data calling and online chat platforms

Advising students on degree programs and admission procedures

Handling student queries over calls and online channels

Converting leads into successful admissions

Maintaining daily call, lead, and walk-in records

Collecting and consolidating feedback from prospects

Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Eligibility & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Proven sales experience preferred (Education sector advantageous)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven mindset with persuasion and negotiation ability

Customer-centric approach

Ability to work independently and in a team

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Proficiency in CRM tools and related technology

Location:

Sector 125, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301

Experience:

6 months to 5 years (In degree selling preferred)

Working Days & Timings:

6 days working

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: -

7 LPA - 8.2 LPA (depending on your experience on interview)
