Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will guide students in identifying their educational and career goals and matching them to suitable programs and institutions. This role involves student counseling, providing detailed career advice, managing the end-to-end application process, assisting with scholarship opportunities, and offering support for visa applications. Additionally, this role requires collaboration with team members and ensuring students receive the best resources to succeed in their academic aspirations.
Qualifications
- Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
- Experience in Student Counseling and guiding students through academic and career pathways
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent interpersonal support
- Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple students and tasks
- Experience in education consulting is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
