Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Career Counsellor, based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Career Counsellor will work closely with school students to assess their skills, interests, and career goals, guiding them in crafting personalized development plans. The role involves conducting one-on-one consultations, group sessions, developing career resources, organizing workshops, and providing ongoing career advice. The Career Counsellor will also collaborate with industry professionals and organizations to connect clients with opportunities that align with their aspirations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Career Counselling, Career Coaching, or related fields
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
• Ability to create tailored career plans based on individual assessments
• Organizational and planning skills for conducting workshops and training sessions
• Familiarity with job market trends, career development tools, and hiring processes
• Proficiency in relevant technology and software for virtual and in-person consultations
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Prior experience in providing career guidance or HR advisory services is a plus
