Role Overview

We are hiring experienced Academic Counselors / HR Executives to counsel prospective candidates, manage enrollments, coordinate assessments, and support placement activities for our training & placement programs.

This is a consultative sales + counseling + placement coordination role (not a telecalling job).

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads from website, chatbot and digital campaigns

Counsel candidates regarding training & placement programs

Assess candidate eligibility and coordinate aptitude tests

Achieve monthly enrollment targets

Maintain lead records and follow-ups

Support trainees with resume coordination and mock interview scheduling

Coordinate placement interviews and recruiter follow-ups

Assist in onboarding fresher-hiring partner companies

Who Can Apply

13 years of experience in:

Academic / Admission Counseling

Education Sales / Admissions

HR Recruitment

B2C Sales or Career Counseling

Comfortable working with targets

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Professional phone presence
