We invite applications from dynamic and target-driven professionals for the position of Career Counsellor Education Sales. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students toward successful careers in IT.

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Location: Egmore, Chennai

Salary: 20,000 30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Role Overview

The Career Counsellor will be responsible for counselling students and working professionals, understanding their career aspirations, recommending suitable IT courses, and achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional counselling to students and working professionals on IT courses and career pathways
• Convert walk-ins, leads, and enquiries into confirmed enrollments
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings
• Clearly present course offerings, benefits, and career prospects
• Coordinate with training and academic teams for smooth onboarding
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and student records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in education sales or career counselling
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
• Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach
• Prior experience in IT course sales is mandatory
• Good interpersonal and relationship management abilities
