Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counsellor - Education Sales at our Egmore, Chennai location. The Career Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students in choosing suitable academic and career pathways, understanding student aspirations, and providing recommendations for study abroad programs. Responsibilities include counseling students, assisting with application processes, managing inquiries, and building positive relationships with prospective students and clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in career counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of student needs and aspirations related to education and career planning
• Sales and marketing skills, particularly in education services or study abroad programs
• Knowledge of university application processes and study abroad procedures is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site at the Egmore, Chennai location
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field
• Customer relationship management skills and the ability to adapt to clients needs
