Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Career Counsellor/Course Counsellor based in Hyderabad, offering a blend of on-site and remote work flexibility. The role involves guiding and advising students and professionals on career choices, development paths, and suitable training courses. You will assess individual needs, provide personalized counseling, and support clients through the decision-making process for academic and career growth. Other responsibilities include maintaining detailed records, developing counseling materials, and collaborating with the team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management to guide individuals in making informed career choices.
• Experience in Student Counseling with a focus on identifying strengths, interests, and opportunities for growth.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their aspirations, and convey guidance clearly.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and understand their needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred; additional certifications in counseling or career guidance will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in education, recruitment, or a similar role is a plus.
