Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counsellor located in Mumbai, near Churchgate and Azad Maidan Fort. The Career Counsellor will guide students and professionals in exploring career opportunities, assist in career planning, and provide counselling related to education and career paths. The role involves conducting individual counselling sessions, assessing career development goals, and offering tailored solutions to help clients make informed career decisions.

Qualifications

• Skills in Career Counselling, Career Development, and Career Management to effectively guide clients in their professional journey
• Student Counselling expertise to provide advice and support tailored to student-related career pathways
• Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions in both individual and group settings
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in career counselling, student support, or a related area is an advantage
