Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Educational Counselor. The Educational Counselor will guide prospective students and their families by understanding their career aspirations and providing professional advice about the academy's courses. Responsibilities include counseling students, explaining course details, assisting with enrollments, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves building relationships with students, addressing their queries, and providing support throughout their enrollment process.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling with the ability to guide students effectively in academic and professional decisions
- Skills in Career Counseling and familiarity with education and training options in Animation and Visual Effects
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and families
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to handling inquiries and data management
- Prior experience in educational institutions or counseling roles is an advantage
- Relevant degree or certification in Counseling, Education, or related domains is desirable
