We are seeking a dedicated Career Counselor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals navigate their career paths and achieve their professional goals. This role involves providing personalized counseling sessions, developing career programs, and staying informed about job market trends.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual career counseling sessions to guide clients in their career paths.
- Assess clients interests, skills, and values to provide tailored advice.
- Develop and implement career development programs and workshops.
- Stay updated on job market trends and employment opportunities.
- Assist clients with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 6 months -5 years of experience in career counseling or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess clients needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Familiarity with labor market trends and employment resources in India.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and counseling software.
- Empathy and the ability to motivate clients in their career journeys.

Working Days- 6 days (9 am- 6 pm)
Location: Sector 125, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301
Compensation: Up to 9 LPA (Fixed 7.2 + Variable), Decent hike on last drawn
