About the Role:We are looking for B2C sales executive with between 1-3 yrs of experience & from EdTech domain (Tech Course).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development and lead generation to acquire and grow new customers
  • Counsel new leads and convert them into customers through effective B2C sales.
  • Achieve strong conversion rates from incoming marketing leads.
  • Manage and expand existing large accounts with a focus on recurring revenue.
  • Consistently achieve key metrics related to conversion, revenue, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the team for lead development and customer success.
  • Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Demonstrate strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain high energy levels and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct cold calling to develop new business opportunities.
  • Stay motivated by goals, performance metrics, and targets.
  • Clearly articulate and promote the value of hybrid cloud IT solutions in the current market.

Requirements

Must Have:

  • 1-3 Years of experience in B2C EdTech sales (Tech Courses) and education industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.
  • Good communication, written and negotiation skills
  • knowledge of current technology trends.
  • Proven experience in B2C Sales in Edtech.

Good to Have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
