Roles & Responsibilities- Generate and manage a pool of prospective students by understanding their upskilling needs based on their background and career interests.
- Conduct structured inside sales and counseling calls to explain program details, curriculum, university partners, fees, and career outcomes.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups, objection handling, and consultative selling.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using phone, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels to ensure consistent admissions.
- Achieve daily call numbers and follow-up tasks along with weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Educate students on the importance of structured career planning and upskilling for long-term growth.
- Listen actively and match learner needs with suitable programs, ensuring a high-quality counseling experience.
- Coordinate with the marketing team by sharing feedback on lead quality, campaigns, and student preferences to improve outcomes.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets.
Qualifications & Skills- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers as well as candidates with 6 months 2 years of experience in business development, Edtech sales, inside sales, telecalling, or similar roles are welcome.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with high call volumes, daily targets, and working in a performance-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
