Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Career Advisor role located in Ahmedabad. The Career Advisor will guide clients through their career journeys by providing personalized support with resume building, professional development planning, interview preparation, and the job search process. The role involves collaborating with clients to identify their goals, strengths, and opportunities for growth while delivering tailored career pathways. Additionally, the Career Advisor will maintain relationships with industry connections, develop training content, and ensure clients are well-prepared for successful job outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development Planning, and Client Engagement
• Experience with Resume Writing, Editing, and Professional Branding strategies
• Strong understanding of Interview Preparation, Job Search Techniques, and Employer Expectations
• Knowledge of Training Content Development, Public Speaking, and Presentation Skills
• Ability to build and maintain industry networks and talent pipelines
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Career Counseling, Education, or a related field
• Experience in career advising, recruitment, or talent development is highly desirable
• 5 days working Monday to Friday
• Night Shift preference 7:00 Pm to 4:00AM IST
