We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cardio Thoracic & Vascular Surgeon (CTVS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in performing thoracic and cardiovascular surgeries, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries.
- Diagnose and treat diseases of the heart, lungs, and vascular system.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care for patients.
- Conduct research and keep up-to-date with advancements in cardiac surgery.
- Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures and recovery processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Postgraduate degree (MD/MS) in General Surgery or equivalent.
- Fellowship in Cardio Thoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS).
- Strong surgical skills and proficiency in various surgical techniques.
- Excellent understanding of cardiopulmonary anatomy and physiology.
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
