We are currently seeking a Captive Account Manager to join a collaborative captive insurance support team, supporting a portfolio of captive insurance clients with accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting.
Full-time | Permanent Role
2pm to 10pm Mumbai time (sometimes may exceed 10pm due to meetings with the US team)
Hybrid Set Up (3 days onsite and 2 days WFH)

About the Role
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of captive clients and deliver high-quality financial and regulatory reporting. You'll work closely with internal team members and external service providers to ensure reporting is completed accurately and on time, and that all regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statement reporting for captive insurance entities
- Complete timely and accurate regulatory reporting
- Coordinate with clients and service providers to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
- Manage a portfolio of clients with competing deadlines through strong planning and prioritisation
- Maintain clear, professional communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Contribute as a team playertaking direction, collaborating, and following through on deliverables
About You
- Prior experience in accounting and ideally captive insurance / captive management
- Strong Excel capability and comfort working with financial data
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from multiple data sources
- Reliable time management and organisation skills
- Professional communicator with strong integrity, initiative, and a can-do attitude
- Adaptable and able to remain calm under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as an Accountant
- Chartered Accountant Qualification is required
- Experience in financial and/or regulatory reporting
- Captive insurance experience or experience as an Accountant in insurance industry is preferred
- Ability to work effectively across a portfolio workload and meet deadlines consistently
- Comfortable collaborating with a broader team and external stakeholders
