Key Responsibilities
- Supervise service staff during service hours
- Ensure adherence to service SOPs, sequence of service, and brand standards
- Handle guest interactions, feedback, and service recovery
- Coordinate with kitchen & bar for order flow and timely service
- Ensure table readiness, cleanliness, and section allocation
- Monitor upselling, bill accuracy, and closing procedures
Skills & Experience
- Strong guest handling & team supervision skills
- Clear communication with kitchen and bar
- 2–5 years experience in pubs, sports bars, or casual dining
