Job Description

Role: Lead front-of-house service during shifts, ensuring excellent guest experience, smooth floor operations, and team discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise service staff during service hours
  • Ensure adherence to service SOPs, sequence of service, and brand standards
  • Handle guest interactions, feedback, and service recovery
  • Coordinate with kitchen & bar for order flow and timely service
  • Ensure table readiness, cleanliness, and section allocation
  • Monitor upselling, bill accuracy, and closing procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Strong guest handling & team supervision skills
  • Clear communication with kitchen and bar
  • 2–5 years experience in pubs, sports bars, or casual dining
