This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Captain at Mirah Hospitality. The Senior Captain will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and smooth service. The role entails managing table reservations, supervising service staff, training team members, and addressing guest concerns promptly. They will ensure adherence to hospitality standards, coordinate closely with various departments, and aid in maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.

• Strong operational expertise in restaurant management, table reservations, and guest services
• Staff supervision, training, and team leadership skills
• Ability to address customer concerns effectively and maintain high service standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving
• Proficiency in hospitality software and basic computer applications is highly desirable
• Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage management is required
• A diploma or degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management is a strong advantage
