Daryaganj – By the Inventors of Butter Chicken and Dal Makhani is a celebrated North Indian cuisine restaurant. Inspired by the culinary legacy of Kundan Lal Jaggi, it honors the innovation and resilience of the Punjabi refugees who migrated to Delhi during the partition of India in 1947. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain at our Mohpa location. The Captain will supervise and manage floor operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests. Responsibilities include coordinating with the service team, ensuring adherence to restaurant standards, managing table arrangements, addressing guest concerns, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and coordinate staff effectively
• Proficiency in customer service, guest engagement, and addressing client needs promptly
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and the ability to maintain high standards in restaurant operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in ensuring customer satisfaction
• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is a plus
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment
