Role Description

This is a full-time On-site Captain role located in Ahmedabad (Near Zaveri Circle) at Crimson Cup Cafe. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, order taking, overseeing cleanliness, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling influencers, managing stewards, maintaining high levels of customer service, event management. Captain must know how to use Pet Pooja's Captains App management, upselling and overseeing food & beverage quality.

Salary: 17,000 - 22,000 (+incentive)

Experience - Minimum 4 years in the industry

Week-off - Monday

• Experience in Restaurant & Cafe Management
• Strong Leadership and Team management skills
• Ability to Work Under Pressure
• Previous experience in a similar role is Mandatory
• Self-disciplined and Presentable
• KOT handling (Pet Pooja software)
• Workshop, event management
