Role Overview:

We are hiring Captains who can lead a section, deliver exceptional guest service, and ensure smooth floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead your assigned section and ensure seamless guest service.

Greet guests warmly and guide them through menu & beverage choices.

Coordinate with servers, runners, kitchen, and bar.

Ensure food & drinks are served accurately and on time.

Handle guest feedback professionally.

Maintain table turnover, reservation flow, and service standards.

Train and mentor junior service staff.

Oversee billing accuracy and follow all service SOPs.

Requirements:

24 years experience as a Captain/Head Waiter in a premium casual or fine-dining setup.

Strong communication & guest-handling skills.

Good knowledge of international cuisine; Italian-American cuisine is a plus.

Ability to lead a team during high-volume service.

Energetic, reliable, and guest-focused.
