Handle guest interactions, feedback, and service recovery
Coordinate with kitchen & bar for order flow and timely service
Ensure table readiness, cleanliness, and section allocation
Monitor upselling, bill accuracy, and closing procedures
Skills & Experience:
Strong guest handling & team supervision skills
Clear communication with kitchen and bar
25 years experience in pubs, sports bars, or casual dining
