Job Description

Who we are looking for:

TheOfficer, CPO BusinessManagementsupportsthe day-to-day business management, operational reporting, and strategic communication for the Product organization. This role works closely with the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the CPO, contributing across content, business management, and execution priorities.

The role is responsible for supporting operational rigor and transparency across the CPOthrough effective stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination, while assistingwith business management reporting,Confluencegovernance,headcount and capacity tracking, risk and control activities, OKR tracking, operating model documentation, and monthly business review (MBR) materials, while contributing to the development and governance of Product content and narrative.

What you willbe responsible for

Product Business Management & Reporting

  • Own andfacilitatebusiness management reporting for the Product organization, including dashboards, scorecards, and executivelevel summaries

  • Produce monthly business review (MBR) materials and commentary, translating data into clear insights, risks, and actions for leadership

  • Support OKR definition, tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and outcomes

  • Develop andmaintainoperating model documentation, including roles, responsibilities, governance forums, and decision rights

Headcount, Capacity & Resource Management

  • Collaboratewith Finance, HR, and the Product CAO to support:

  • Headcount tracking and reporting

  • Capacity andutilizationanalysis

  • Workforce planning inputs and hiring approvals

  • Maintain transparent views into resource allocation and constraints across Product

Product related Strategic Narrative and data gathering

  • Review Product content and narrative, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with strategic and operational priorities. Write commentaries, where necessary.

  • Translate Product strategy, performance, and risks into clear, compelling executivelevel commentaries

Risk, Controls & Governance Support

  • Support Product leadership in risk identification, issue tracking, and control remediation, including coordination with Operational Risk, Compliance, and Audit

  • Assistwith documentation and tracking of control actions, governance decisions, and remediation plans

  • Help embed consistent governance and operating discipline across Product initiatives

Operational Excellence & Enablement

  • Drive continuous improvement in business management processes,leveragingtools, templates, and automation where appropriate

  • Leverage AI tools (including Copilot) to improve reporting efficiency, insight generation, and content quality

  • Support ad hoc strategic initiatives and projects as needed

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

  • Demonstrated experience in business management, CAO, chief of staff, or strategy support roles

  • Strong ability to translate data into executiveready insights and narratives

  • Experience with headcount, financial, and workforce data, and comfort working across Finance and HR partners

  • Proven ability tooperatein a matrixed, fastpaced, and highly regulated environment

  • Strong execution rigor with an ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills familiarity with AIenabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot)

  • Prior experience in Tableau, PowerBIor any other equivalent visualization tool.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Overall,6+ years of work experience.

  • Prior experience in CAO, business management, strategy, consulting, or transformation roles preferred

  • Experience supporting senior leaders within Product, Investment Services, or adjacent financial services functions a plus

  • Bachelor's degreerequired
