Key Responsibilities
- Manage document ingestion from GP portals, emails, and fund admin systems (capital calls, distributions, NAVs, K-1s, etc.)
- Oversee AI-based data extraction, validation, and quality control of investment data
- Configure and maintain database integrations (SQL, Snowflake) and ensure accurate data delivery
- Perform reconciliation of GP data vs internal systems and generate exception reports
- Handle ingestion/extraction failures, maintain logs, and ensure SLA adherence
- Drive automation (STP improvement, workflow rules, template standardization)
- Lead onboarding of funds, configure platform settings, and manage user access
- Act as Canoe SME; support stakeholders, training, and SOP documentation

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Canoe Intelligence platform
- Strong knowledge of alternative investment documents & fund accounting
- Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and data integrations
- Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake/SQL Server)
- Reconciliation and data quality management expertise
Domain Knowledge
- Private equity, credit, hedge funds, fund lifecycle & LP/GP operations
- Capital calls, distributions, waterfall structures
- Data governance, ILPA/GIPS standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's (Finance/Tech-related); MBA/CFA preferred
- 36 years in investment/data operations or fintech
- Experience in alternative investment data management (mandatory)
