What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Build a proactive sourcing plan and identify sourcing channels and tactical strategies that are aligned to the goals of organization and ensures best talent is identified and attracted by the company.

- Good Communication & Articulation
- Good understanding Talent Acquisition process.
- Has experience in sourcing / scheduling interviews
- Has experience in ATS tools like Succes Factor, Oracle People Soft, Workday etc
- Team Management (Only for Level 9 & above)
- Experience working in IT Services / BPO Organizations
- Basic understanding of the US Hiring laws. Added advantage
- Managed volumes for scheduling interviews.
- Education: Any Under Graduation (PG in HR – Good to have) Candidate Experience (Experience will change based on Career Levels)
