Job Title: Canadian Payroll Specialist & Accountant

Experience: 14 Years

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with foreign accounting experience to join our team. The candidate should have experience working with international clients (US/UK/Canada) and hands-on experience with QuickBooks. Training will be provided for Canadian accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping and accounting for international clients.
  • Handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and reconciliations.
  • Work on QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Coordinate with clients for billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
  • Support accounting operations and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of foreign accounting experience (US / UK / Global accounting).
  • Hands-on experience in QuickBooks.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping, AP/AR, and reconciliations.
  • Training will be provided for Canadian accounting.
