We are looking for a highly organized and detail-orientedVisa Filing Officerwith 34 years of proven experience in managing visa application processes forCanada. The role requires strong knowledge of visa categories, embassy procedures, and documentation standards. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and accurate filing of applications while providing professional support to clients throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manageend-to-end visa application filingfor student, tourist, and business visas.
- Review, verify, and organize client documents in line with embassy/high commission and VFS requirements.
- Guide clients through documentation and submission procedures with accuracy and professionalism.
- Prepare visa files, complete application forms, and scheduleembassy appointments, biometric submissions, and VFS visits.
- Monitor and update clients on application status; coordinate follow-ups with consulates and visa centers.
- Maintain accurate internal records of submissions, approvals, and client interactions.
- Stay current with the latestvisa rules, immigration policies, and procedural updatesacross multiple countries.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum34 years of professional experiencein visa filing, preferably with a reputed consultancy or immigration firm.
- Strong knowledge of visa categories, embassy documentation, and online visa portals.
- Familiarity withVFS Global processesand embassy/high commission portals.
- Excellent communication andclient-handling skillswith a customer-first approach.
- High attention to detail, organizational ability, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency inMS Office and document management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Travel & Tourism, International Relations, or related field).
