We're On The Lookout For Talented Recruiters To Join Our Team In Hyderabad. If You Meet These Criteria, We Want To Hear From You
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Canada IT Recruitment
- Expertise in Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, and other IT fields in recruitment
- Hands-on experience working on C2C requirements for implementation partners like HCL, Infosys, Wipro etc are highly preferred
- Proficiency with LinkedIn RPS, Monster, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Indeed etc.
- A track record of meeting goals and KPIs
- Proficiency using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Strong sourcing skills and a Boolean Search expert
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
