Job Title: Campus Sales Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 6 months 3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)

About the Role:

-We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Campus Sales Executive to represent our organization across colleges and universities. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong relationships with TPOs, Directors, Counselors, and final-year B.Tech/MBA students.

-This hybrid position blends Sales, Business Development, and Campus Marketing, perfect for individuals who enjoy networking, brand representation, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with colleges, universities, TPOs, and academic leaders.

- Promote internship and training opportunities to final-year students.

-Conduct campus presentations, seminars, workshops, and promotional sessions.

- Coordinate with internal recruitment and technical teams for smooth intern onboarding.

- Identify new campus partnerships and generate qualified business leads.

- Execute campus branding, events, and marketing initiatives.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all campus-related activities.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for student enrollments and college tie-ups.

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- Negotiation and persuasion capabilities

- Knowledge of campus hiring trends & student engagement practices

Proactive, self-driven, and problem-solving mindset

- Willingness to travel for campus visits and events

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

- 03 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing

- Experience in Campus Sales or EdTech is a plus

- Freshers with strong communication and networking skills are encouraged to apply
