Role Overview
The Campus Hiring Recruiter will support the execution of campus hiring and early careers programs across the AP region. Working closely with the AP Campus Lead, regional TA teams, and business stakeholders, this role will help build a strong pipeline of early talent and ensure seamless hiring and engagement experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Hiring Execution
- Support end-to-end campus hiring across AP (sourcing to offer rollout)
- Partner with regional TA teams and hiring managers to execute hiring plans
- Screen candidates and manage assessment and interview coordination
- Track pipelines and ensure timely closure of roles
Campus Engagement & Branding
- Support execution of campus engagement initiatives (events, webinars, competitions)
- Coordinate with Employer Branding teams for campus campaigns
- Represent Lenovo at campus events and virtual engagements
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with regional TA leaders, HRBPs, and business teams
- Support intake discussions and alignment on role requirements
- Ensure smooth coordination across multiple geographies
Candidate Experience & Program Support
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Support onboarding, joining readiness, and cohort engagement initiatives
- Assist in execution of internship programs and conversion tracking
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate hiring data and track key metrics
- Support governance and adherence to hiring processes
- Identify areas for process improvement
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA (HR or equivalent) from a reputed institute
- 2â€3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Campus Hiring / Early Careers
- Experience in coordinating hiring processes or managing campus engagements
