Role Description
This is a volunteer hybrid role for a Campus Ambassador, based in Chennai, with the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. The Campus Ambassador will act as a representative of the Youth United Council of India on their campus. Responsibilities include promoting organizational events and initiatives, engaging with students, networking with peers to build awareness, coordinating campus activities, and providing regular feedback and updates. The Ambassador will play a key role in driving participation and fostering connections.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills to effectively convey information and ideas
- Proficiency in Marketing and Sales techniques to promote initiatives and engage audiences
- Networking abilities to build and maintain relationships with peers and external stakeholders
- Prior experience in leadership roles, campus organizations, or event management is advantageous
- Self-motivated, proactive, and organized approach to managing tasks and responsibilities
- Familiarity with social media platforms for outreach is a plus
