About the role:

As a Growth Intern, you are the face of ApplyIn5 within your university and community. You'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market strategy. The person who takes a product people genuinely need and puts it in front of the people who need it most.

This isn't a background support role. You own your territory, you drive your own results, and your work directly feeds the company's growth.

What success in this role looks like:

Students in your network are actively using ApplyIn5 to land interviews faster, and you are becoming the trusted go-to voice for job search advice in your campus community.

Concretely, that means converting 25 paying subscribers per month and maintaining strong relationships so they stick around.

What you'll actually do:

• Own ApplyIn5's presence at your university — WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, student forums, Discord servers
• Run peer-to-peer demos and convert classmates into paying users
• Build and manage a micro-community of job seekers around the product
• Report weekly on leads, conversions, and growth experiments

How earnings work:

• You earn $2.70 for every paying subscriber you bring in ($18/month plan).
• Commissions accumulate monthly and are paid out once you've brought in 20+ customers that month.
• Unmet months carry over. Nothing is lost.

Target: 100 customers over 4 months (25/month)
