Job Description

Job Title: Growth Campaign Strategist

Location: Remote – India

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Director of Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, revenue-oriented Growth Campaign Strategist to own and execute end-to-end account-based campaign operations across multiple industries and customer segments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution — someone who can think through campaign architecture while also coordinating the assets, systems, workflows, targeting, and launch operations required to bring campaigns to life.

While you will primarily report to the Director of Marketing, you will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, creative, engineering, and operations teams to launch highly personalized campaigns designed to drive user activation, profile claims, engagement, and enterprise adoption.

This is not a traditional email marketing role.

You will help orchestrate dynamic, multi-touch engagement experiences using AI-personalized landing pages, scalable outreach systems, dynamic video experiences, lifecycle engagement workflows, and account-based campaign strategies.

What You'll Own

  • Build and manage end-to-end campaign workflows across multiple industries and customer segments
  • Own campaign execution from strategy and setup through launch, reporting, optimization, and iteration
  • Manage audience targeting, segmentation, account lists, and engagement logic
  • Build scalable campaign templates and engagement systems that leverage AI-driven personalization to dynamically generate tailored outreach experiences across industries and audience segments
  • Develop evergreen campaign frameworks and repeatable engagement systems that can be adapted across industries, account types, and campaign objectives
  • Coordinate and organize campaign systems and assets including:
  • AI-personalized landing page frameworks
  • dynamic email and outreach systems
  • personalized video campaign templates
  • scalable lifecycle engagement workflows
  • modular campaign assets designed for multi-industry deployment
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, creative, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to ensure campaigns launch successfully
  • Monitor campaign engagement, conversion, and activation metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and scale
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Help standardize scalable campaign playbooks, templates, workflows, and operational processes
  • Continuously improve personalization strategies, messaging structure, conversion flows, and campaign performance

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in campaign operations, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, ABM, marketing operations, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and project ownership skills
  • Experience coordinating multi-step campaigns across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of campaign systems, targeting, segmentation, and operational workflows
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments with evolving systems and processes
  • Highly proactive, self-directed, and execution-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaign initiatives simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or enterprise software campaigns
  • Familiarity with AI-powered personalization systems or dynamic content workflows
  • Experience working with personalized video or dynamic campaign tooling
  • Familiarity with HubSpot
  • Experience coordinating closely with product and engineering teams
