About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Content Strategist & Campaign Manager with a strong understanding of the OTT ecosystem, digital content trends, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing content-led campaigns for OTT platforms, ensuring alignment with audience preferences, platform dynamics, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns for OTT content including series, films, and platform launches
  • Develop content strategies based on genre insights, audience behavior, and platform trends
  • Conceptualize and oversee content formats across short-form video, social media, and branded integrations
  • Write and review scripts for digital content, ensuring strong storytelling and engagement
  • Monitor and leverage emerging trends, pop culture, and platform algorithms to optimize content performance
  • Create structured pitch decks, campaign strategies, and presentation materials for internal and client use
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, influencer, and production teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Track campaign performance and ensure delivery aligned with defined KPIs

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or OTT/entertainment campaigns
  • Strong understanding of OTT platforms, content genres, and audience consumption patterns
  • Proven experience in campaign execution and content planning
  • Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling abilities
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, viral formats, and digital content ecosystems
  • Experience in developing client-ready pitch decks and campaign presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working on OTT platform campaigns (e.g., Netflix, JioHotstar, Prime Video)
  • Exposure to influencer marketing and creator-led campaigns
  • Familiarity with performance-driven content strategies and analytics tools
  • Understanding of emerging formats, including AI-led content creation
